I can’t log in
Magic link not arriving, forgotten password, Google, or two-factor issues.
- If the magic link does not arrive: check spam, wait a couple of minutes, and request a new one. Links expire for security.
- If you forgot your password: use "Forgot your password?" on the login page to reset it by email.
- If you signed up with Google: always log in with the Google button and the same original Google account.
- If you use two-factor authentication and lost your phone: log in with one of your recovery codes.
- If nothing works: write to [email protected] from your account email and we will help you.
