My photos or videos won’t upload
Accepted formats, plan limits, and fixes for upload errors.
- Check the format: photos in JPG, PNG, or WebP; videos in MP4, WebM, or MOV up to 100 MB.
- Check your plan limits: 3 photos per property on Free, 30 photos/videos on Professional, unlimited on Agency.
- On slow connections, upload photos in small batches and wait for each batch to finish.
- If a file fails repeatedly, try another browser or clear the cache; photos from editing apps sometimes use incompatible formats.
- Still failing? Write to [email protected] with the error message and the file type.
