Basic information about Propiedash
What is Propiedash?
Propiedash is Venezuela's leading real estate platform, connecting buyers, renters, and real estate agents. We offer modern tools to search, list, and manage properties nationwide, with prices in USD and automatic conversion to bolívares using the BCV rate.
Is Propiedash free to use?
Yes. Signing up and searching on Propiedash is completely free for buyers and renters: favorites, alerts, and chat included. Listers can also start on the Free plan. The Professional and Agency plans add advanced features like unlimited listings, analytics, featured properties, and team tools.
What is a Dashtag?
A Dashtag is your unique Propiedash username, written with an at sign (for example, @mariarealty). It is your public identity and your profile address: propiedash.com/yourusername goes straight to your page with your info and inventory. You choose it when setting up your account and can change it from your profile.
What is a DASHCODE?
Every property listed on Propiedash gets a DASHCODE: a unique 5-character code (like P7K4Q). Type it into the search bar or use the short link propiedash.com/p/P7K4Q and you land straight on the listing. It is perfect for sharing a property on billboards, radio, flyers, or social media.
Which cities is Propiedash available in?
Propiedash is available across all 24 Venezuelan states and more than 335 cities. We have the strongest presence in Caracas, Maracaibo, Valencia, Barquisimeto, Maracay, and Margarita, but you can find and list properties anywhere in the country.
How does the exchange rate work?
Property prices are listed in US dollars (USD) as the reference currency. Propiedash automatically shows the indicative equivalent in bolívares (Bs.) using the official exchange rate published by the Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV); we do our best to always reflect the most recent official rate, updated every business day. This conversion is indicative: the rate in effect at the time of a negotiation or payment may vary, and the final amount is agreed between the parties.
Do I need to be a real estate agent to list?
Not necessarily. Propiedash lets both professional agents and individual owners list their properties. Agents do get extra tools, though: lead management, advanced analytics, and higher visibility.

How do I search for properties?
You can search from the home page using the search bar, or go directly to the search section. Filter by property type (apartment, house, townhouse, etc.), operation type (sale, rent), location, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, and many more attributes.
How do I contact an agent or owner?
The most direct way is the built-in Propiedash chat: tap "Send message" on the property card or the lister's profile and write your inquiry. The conversation lives in your account's messages section, and we email you when they reply. Every property page also has a contact form. Chatting requires a free account.
Can I save properties as favorites?
Yes. Once logged in you can save any property to your favorites by clicking the heart icon. You'll find all saved properties in the "Favorites" section of your account. You can also create search alerts to get notifications when new properties matching your criteria are listed.
Are the listed prices negotiable?
Depends on the property and agent. Some listings indicate whether the price is negotiable. In the Venezuelan real estate market there's typically some room to negotiate. We recommend contacting the agent or owner directly to discuss terms.
Does Propiedash offer financing?
Propiedash doesn't offer direct financing. We're a search and connection platform. Some properties may be available with rent-to-own or assumption options. Talk directly with the agent about available payment options.

For people who list properties
How do I list a property?
Create your lister account (you can start free). Then from your dashboard, click "New property" and follow the step-by-step wizard: basic info, map location, features, amenities, photos, and the price in USD. Once published, your listing gets its DASHCODE and appears immediately in search, on the map, and on your public profile.
How many photos can I upload per property?
The Free plan allows up to 3 photos per property. The Professional plan allows up to 30 photos or videos per listing (including 1 video), and the Agency plan offers unlimited photos and up to 3 videos per listing. Professional and Agency plans can also attach PDF floor plans. We recommend high-quality photos that show every area of the property.
How do I receive inquiries from interested buyers?
Inquiries arrive in the built-in Propiedash chat: you see them in your account's message inbox, with an in-platform notification and an email alert so you can reply fast. Each conversation is linked to the property being asked about, so you keep the full history with every lead in one place.
Can I feature my properties?
Yes. The Professional plan includes 5 featured properties per month and the Agency plan includes 10. Featured properties appear first in search results and in the home page carousel, with their "Featured" badge. You pick and rotate them from your dashboard.
What tools do I get as an agent?
You get a full dashboard: property management (list, edit, pause), a message inbox with all your inquiries, performance analytics (views, inquiries, favorites), branded PDF property sheets, Wasi inventory import, featured properties, your public profile with its own Dashtag, and presence in the professionals directory.

How much does Propiedash cost?
Searching is free, always. For listing there are three plans: Free ($0, up to 5 properties with 3 active), Professional ($19/month, unlimited active listings, featured slots, advanced analytics, and floor plans), and Agency ($49/month, all of the above plus unlimited photos, a team, and agency branding). Paying for 6 months saves 10% and paying for the year saves 22%. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international credit/debit cards (in USD, with immediate activation) and Pago Móvil (in bolívares, calculated at the official BCV rate on the day of payment). Pago Móvil payments are verified manually and your plan normally activates within 24 hours; we notify you by email. Subscription prices are expressed in USD and the bolívar equivalent is indicative until the moment of payment.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your premium subscription any time from your account settings. After canceling, you keep premium features until the end of the current billing period. Your published properties stay active but subject to the free plan's limits.
Do you offer discounts for agencies?
The Agency plan ($49/month) is designed for agencies with multiple agents: it includes a team account with roles, a public agency page with your branding, unlimited photos, and 10 featured slots per month. Paying for 6 months also saves 10%, and the full year saves 22%. If your agency has special needs, write to [email protected].
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Every payment generates a receipt we email you with the plan, period, and amount, and your payment history is available in your account's billing section. If you need a document with specific fiscal information (RIF, legal name), write to [email protected] and we will help.

Issues and technical assistance
I can't log in to my account
If you can't log in, try resetting your password first by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login page. If you use Google to sign in, make sure you're using the same Google account you signed up with. If the problem persists, contact support at [email protected].
My photos are not uploading correctly
Make sure photos are in JPG, PNG, or WebP format (videos in MP4, WebM, or MOV up to 100 MB) and check your plan limits: 3 photos per property on Free, 30 photos/videos on Professional, and unlimited on Agency. On slow connections, upload photos in small batches. If the issue persists, try another browser or clear the cache.
My property is not showing in search results
Check that your property's status is "Active" in your dashboard: drafts and paused listings do not appear in search. If you are on the Free plan, remember the 3-active-listings limit. Also confirm the map location is pinned correctly, since buyers filter by area. If you received a moderation notice, the reason is in your email and you can edit the listing to fix it.
How do I change my email or password?
You can change your email and password from the settings section of your account. To change your email, you'll need to verify the new address. To change your password, you'll need to enter your current password for security. If you don't remember your current password, use the reset option.
How do I report a fake or inappropriate listing?
If you find a listing you believe is fake, fraudulent, or inappropriate, you can report it directly from the property page by clicking the "Report" button. You can also email [email protected] with the listing link and the reason for the report. Our team will review the case within 48 business hours.
