My property doesn’t show in results
Listing status, plan limits, and how search reads your listing.
- Confirm the listing is "Active" in your dashboard: drafts and paused listings do not appear in search.
- If you are on the Free plan, remember the 3-active-listings limit: listings over the limit stay inactive.
- Check the location: if the map pin is misplaced, the listing will not appear in searches for that area.
- New listings can take a few minutes to index; complete every field to rank better in "Recommended".
- If you received a moderation notice, check the reason in your email and fix the listing.
