How to delete your account

Option 1: from your account (immediate)

If you can still sign in, this is the fastest route:

1. Sign in to Propiedash, either in the app or on the website.
2. On the website, go to Account → Settings. In the app, go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Select Delete account and type the confirmation phrase eliminar mi cuenta.

Deletion takes effect immediately and does not require approval from us.

Option 2: by email (if you no longer have access)

If you uninstalled the app or lost access to your account, email us at [email protected] from the address you registered with, using the subject "Delete my account". We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What happens when you delete your account

Immediately:

• Your profile stops appearing in search, the agent directory, and every public Propiedash page.
• Your access is permanently closed: you will not be able to sign in again.
• You are signed out on all devices.

After 14 days:

• Your DashTag and public profile URL are released and become available again.

What is erased and what we retain

No longer accessible

• Your public profile: name, photo, bio, and contact details are removed from all public surfaces.
• Access to your account and any active sessions.

Retained

We want to be clear about this: standard deletion does not physically erase every record tied to your activity. We retain:

• Listings, conversations, messages, and requests, so we do not break the history of other people who interacted with you.
• Transaction records and data required by legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
• Aggregated analytics data that no longer directly identifies you.

Paid subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. If you have a live plan, cancel it before deleting your account, or email us at [email protected] and we will handle it.

Full purge

If you want us to permanently and irreversibly erase all data associated with your account, email [email protected] and say so explicitly. We assess each request:

• If your account has no active commitments, we proceed with complete erasure of your personal data.
• If your account has published listings, an agency in your name, or closed transactions, we tell you what needs to be reassigned or closed first, then complete the purge.
