You will spend more time in the field than in the office: visiting agencies, presenting at real estate chambers and traveling across Venezuela to open new markets. You work hand in hand with the founders, and every result is measured in real listings.
Bring in the market
- Visit agencies and agents, present the platform and stay with them until they publish.
- Build relationships with real estate chambers and associations, and represent Propiedash at their events.
- Travel the country to open new states and cities.
Measure what you move
- Keep your pipeline up to date: who you visited, where it landed and what the next step is.
- Report every week on signups and published listings, not visits or meetings.
- Bring back what you hear in the field: what the market is asking for and what we are missing.
Who you are
- You like people, and people trust you fast.
- You persuade without pushing, and a "no" does not slow you down.
- Organized: nobody slips through and every follow-up lands on time.
- Energy to move around Caracas and travel the country.
- You know the Venezuelan real estate market, or you really want to learn it.
- You have worked with AI tools and want to learn more to be more efficient in the field and with your pipeline.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish, and strong English.
