You will work hand in hand with the product team on the website and the app, from the idea until it reaches real agents, agencies and families.
Build the product
- Design and ship complete features on the website and the mobile app.
- Turn what the team and our users need into simple, clear solutions.
- Work with modern tools, including AI assistants, without losing judgment over what ships.
Own the quality
- Test what you build before you call it done. Done means it works for the user, not that it compiles.
- Fix what users report, find the root cause and make sure it does not happen again.
- Hold the design bar: every screen has to feel world class.
Who you are
- You understand how a web application works end to end.
- You can read code, judge it and explain your decisions.
- You use AI tools in your work and review what they produce with judgment.
- You have product sense and a demanding eye for design.
- You finish what you start.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish, and strong English.
