Plans and pricing
Free, Professional, and Agency: what each plan includes and what it costs.
Searching properties, saving favorites, creating alerts, and chatting with listers is free, always. For those who list, there are three plans:
- Free ($0): up to 5 properties (3 active at a time) with 3 photos each. Perfect for getting started or for individual owners.
- Professional ($19/month): unlimited active listings, up to 30 photos or videos per listing (1 video), 5 featured per month, PDF floor plans, advanced analytics, and priority support.
- Agency ($49/month): everything in Professional plus unlimited photos, 3 videos per listing, 10 featured per month, an agency page and branding, and a team account for your agents.
Billing periods
Paid plans are billed monthly, every 6 months, or yearly. Paying for 6 months saves 10% and paying for the full year saves 22% (Professional: $103 for 6 months or $178 per year; Agency: $265 for 6 months or $459 per year). Prices are in USD; check the pricing page for the current offer.
