Payment methods
International card in dollars or Pago Móvil in bolívares at the day’s BCV rate.
You can pay for your subscription in two ways. With an international credit or debit card, the payment is processed securely in dollars through Stripe and your plan activates immediately.
With Pago Móvil you pay in bolívares from your Venezuelan bank. The Bs. amount is calculated with the official BCV rate in effect on the day of payment. After you report your payment, our team verifies it manually and activates your plan, normally within 24 hours; we email you when it is ready.
Good to know
- Plan prices are expressed in USD; the bolívar equivalent is indicative until the moment of payment, when it is set with that day’s BCV rate.
- We never store your card numbers: processing is handled by Stripe under international security standards.
- If your Pago Móvil payment cannot be confirmed, we contact you by email to resolve it.
