This extensive property of 8094.32 m² of land and 4295 m² of construction, with the first license in Venezuela for a wine plant, located in an excellent area. Currently, whose main economic activity is the manufacture, distribution, and commercialization of Drinking Water. It is worth noting that its distribution is arranged on the ground floor with two administrative offices, bathrooms, dispatch area, workshop, storage area, warehouse, production area with machinery, security booth with bathroom, two additional bathrooms for workers and a locker room, cargo elevator (under construction) and parking. The water is extracted from a well at 104 meters deep and taken to a shower or aeration system, providing oxygen to the water to reduce carbon dioxide content, and convert iron and magnesium content into water-insoluble compounds that settle and are subsequently removed by filtration through an anthracite sand bed. The pre-filtered water is stored and disinfected with chlorine. The containers of 330 ml, 500 ml, 1500 ml, 5000 ml, 8000 ml and 19000 ml are acquired from external companies, once the merchandise is received, either by external or internal means, it is sent to the labeling department, in said department there is a labeling machine with a productive capacity of 24,000 units daily, worker personnel for manual labeling of daily production and agreements with the companies that supply us with bottles which already come labeled. Once packaging is completed, palletizing is carried out, this process is performed by workers and said pallets are transported by a forklift to the storage area, until its subsequent dispatch.
