The platform is free for everyone until further notice.
Venezuela is going through a hard stretch. The earthquakes left families out of their homes, buildings that have to be checked before anyone moves back in, and a lot of people looking for somewhere to sleep tonight, not in six months.
We do one thing: we connect whoever has a property with whoever needs it. We are not an NGO and we are not pretending to be one. But right now, the thing we know how to do is the thing that's needed.
So Propiedash is free for everyone until further notice. Publishing, searching, contacting: all of it. No fine print, no surprise charge. The cost of keeping the platform open is our problem, not the problem of a family that just lost its home or an agent whose book disappeared overnight.
What we ask in return is simple: list what actually exists, with real photos and an honest price. In a moment like this an inflated listing isn't a small thing. It takes time away from someone who is seriously looking.
If you have an empty property, list it. If you can rent it for less than you'd normally ask, do. If you know someone who needs to move and doesn't know where to start, send them the link.

Whoever is searching writes straight to whoever listed. We don't charge for the contact and we don't cap it.
We'll say so before anything changes
When we start charging again we'll announce it here first, with notice. Nobody will find out through a charge.
