Community Guidelines

• Real identity: agents must post under their real name or that of their registered agency, with verifiable contact information.
• Accurate information: prices, areas, locations, age, and features of each property must reflect reality and stay up to date.
• Original or authorized photos: use images of the actual property without altering them to mislead the buyer.
• Professional communication: treat other users with respect in messages, calls, and comments.
• Legal compliance: respect Venezuelan real estate, tax, and consumer protection law.

The following posts will be removed and, depending on severity, may result in suspension or permanent account expulsion:

• Duplicate listings or posting properties you don't represent.
• Fake prices, "bait" listings, or ads designed to capture leads with no real intent to sell.
• Manipulated images, or images stolen from other listings or the internet without permission.
• Third-party personal data without their consent.
• Pyramid schemes, money laundering, or suspicious advance-payment requests.
• Discriminatory speech based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation, including "only for…" search filters.
• Harassment, threats, or impersonation of other agents.
• Explicit sexual or violent content, or content related to weapons and drugs.
• Spam, links to malicious sites, or phishing attempts inside messages.

How we moderate

Propiedash combines automated filters with manual review by the moderation team. Decisions take context and account history into account. Possible actions are:

1. Warning : first minor violation; the user is notified.
2. Edit or take down the post : for listings that violate the rules but the account remains active.
3. Temporary suspension : between 7 and 30 days based on severity or repeat offense.
4. Permanent expulsion : for fraud, impersonation, or serious repeat offense; no refund on paid plans.

Report a post

If you find an ad or message that violates these guidelines:

1. Use the "Report" button available on every property and agent profile.
2. For urgent cases (impersonation, fraud, doxxing) email us at [email protected] with the link and a description of the problem.
3. The team responds within 72 business hours.

Appeals

If your account or post was moderated and you believe it's a mistake, you can appeal by replying to the notification email or writing to [email protected] within 30 days. A different moderator will review the case.
