Listing a property step by step
From first field to published listing: the publishing wizard and how to make the most of it.
From your dashboard, tap "New property" and follow the wizard: basic information (operation and property type), map location, features (bedrooms, bathrooms, square meters, parking), amenities, photos and videos, and the price in dollars. You can save a draft and finish later.
Once published, your listing gets its DASHCODE (the 5-character short code) and appears in search, on the map, and on your public profile. The bolívar price equivalent is calculated automatically with the day’s official BCV rate.
Tips for a listing that performs
- Fill in every field: complete listings rank better in "Recommended".
- Use landscape photos with good light, in a logical order (façade, social areas, bedrooms).
- Write an honest, specific description: area, real condition, fees, strong points.
- Pin the map location accurately: buyers filter by area.
Limits by plan
The Free plan allows up to 5 properties in total, with 3 active at a time. The Professional and Agency plans have no active-listing limit. See the plans and pricing article for the full comparison.
