How to search for properties
Master the search: filters by operation, type, location, price, bedrooms, and more.
You can search from the home page bar or directly in the search section. Type a city, area, or neighborhood and combine filters to narrow the results. If you have a property’s DASHCODE (the 5-character code), type it into the same bar and it takes you straight to the listing.
Available filters
- Operation: sale, rent, rent-to-own, pre-construction, or swap.
- Property type: apartment, house, country house, land, retail space, warehouse, building, parking, and more.
- Location: state, city, municipality, or specific area.
- Minimum and maximum price, in USD.
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, and parking spots.
- Built and land square meters.
- Amenities by property type: pool, gym, security, power generator, and more.
Result ordering
By default, results are sorted by relevance ("Recommended"), which combines listing quality and completeness, demand, and freshness. You can also sort by price or by listing date.
