Building in Chacao, Caracas

Located on the most important thoroughfare in Caracas and in the most prestigious area of its Metropolitan Area, Torre Metálica is situated in the strategic business center of Venezuela, where the most prestigious corporations maintain their headquarters. The engineering project was developed and executed by the prestigious firm Industrias Metalúrgicas Van Dam, a pioneering company in infrastructure projects and metal structures at the national level.

Its architectural design was developed by Arq. Héctor Arévalo Power, who was a student of the prestigious architect Klaus Heufer, one of the foremost representatives of avant-garde architecture in Venezuela.

Parking: 6,252.38 Sq.m.

It consists of 16 floors of offices of 354 square meters each, plus two mezzanines of 354, a mechanical parking structure of 16 floors with capacity for 254 vehicles.
