Located on the most important thoroughfare in Caracas and in the most prestigious area of its Metropolitan Area, Torre Metálica is situated in the strategic business center of Venezuela, where the most prestigious corporations maintain their headquarters. The engineering project was developed and executed by the prestigious firm Industrias Metalúrgicas Van Dam, a pioneer company in infrastructure projects and metal structures at the national level. Its architectural design was created by Arq. Héctor Arévalo Power, who was a disciple of the renowned architect Klaus Heufer, one of the leading representatives of avant-garde architecture in Venezuela. Construction Surface Total Area: 15,784.43 Sq.M. Offices and Commerce: 9,532.05 Sq.M. Parking: 6,252.38 Sq.M. It consists of 16 office floors of 354 square meters each, plus two mezzanines of 354 square meters, and a mechanical parking structure of 16 floors with a capacity of 254 vehicles.
