Warehouse in Turmero

Set of five warehouses on the Turmero-Maracay Intercomunal highway, on a 5,500 m² plot enclosed with five-meter walls and electric fencing. The warehouses total 3,500 m²: four of 700 m² with aluminum roof and 7.5 meters high, and one long 700 m² with acerolit roof, all with high gates for truck and tanker access.

The entire plot has 25-centimeter concrete flooring with mesh, dimensioned for the weight of trucks and tankers. Access is via a 12-meter electric gate and a 14-meter manual gate, both with height for containers. It has its own three-phase transformer bank, 110 kVA diesel power plant with Perkins engine, own water well, two underground tanks of 30,000 liters each and hydropneumatic system.

Includes fire suppression system with electric pumps in warehouses and offices, closed-circuit camera system with alarms, security booth, various storage rooms, thatched structure with barbecue grill and two-story offices with reception, with first-class finishes: drywall ceilings, granite staircase with aluminum and textured walls.
