The warehouse has 2600 drive-in rack positions of 700 Kgs each.

These positions occupy only half of the warehouses.

Previous activities: storage and logistics operations for Polar and Stanhome companies.

Semi-covered outdoor area of 2700 m2 for loading and unloading trucks and tanker trucks.

Possibility to build 1000 m2 of additional warehouse since the permitted construction was not exhausted.

The warehouse has its own water from a well with a flow rate of 6 liters per second and a tank of 120,000 liters.

Hydropneumatic accumulator of 5000 liters, with its respective fire-fighting pumps.
