Farm in Sector La Guanta, Camatagua

Agricultural farm of 341 hectares in Camatagua, Aragua state, La Guanta sector. Known as Finca Agro Caney 3 ("El Guamito"), it is a production unit in full operation, with water and electricity 24 hours a day and an investment potential uncommon in the area.

LAND AND WATER 100 of the 341 hectares are pure floodplain, land suitable for cultivation, bordered by the Guárico River and also fed by dam discharge, so water is permanent. The farm has 7 lagoons, a canal that crosses the pastures and 3 lined wells (two of them with three-phase power 220/110 V). There are 17 pastures in the floodplain area, 3 to 4 hectares each, with their respective lanes and divisions bordering the river. Bermuda and brachiaria grass in the floodplain, and brachiaria in the upper part. Irrigation with hoses, drip system and galvanized pipes. Additionally, 8 hectares planted with export mangoes (various varieties).

Equipment: tucán, rotary tiller, corn sheller, 2 harrows (one with 18 disks and one two-way), 2 four-wheel carts and 1 two-wheel cart, 2 chainsaws, 2 guarañas, in addition to various agricultural tools and materials. The inclusion of livestock and machinery in the negotiation is discussed directly with the owner.
