House in La Castellana, Caracas

This construction consists of a 3-level Bifamily dwelling with a design concept inspired by the architecture developed by Arq. Richard Meier, including the modern Loft trend and the criterion of integrating everything in a single building. Giving each dwelling the same constructive characteristics, but making them totally independent in entrances, circulation and services. A unique volume, joined by a symmetrical façade divided by a central axis.
