This single-story house of 650m² of construction, designed by Architect Julio Maragall, located on a flat plot of 2030m², is situated on a dead-end street in the Cerro Verde Urbanization. It features spacious social areas, an extensive garden, terrace and swimming pool for the enjoyment of all its inhabitants. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It has an area for service staff consisting of two bedrooms and a room designated for the use of the driver, with their respective bathrooms. It has a 40,000L water tank and an electrical plant to supply electricity to the entire house. Additionally, it has three annexes on an adjacent plot of approximately 3900m². Annex No. 1 (former Squash court converted into an Annex) has a surface area of 300m² and is composed of a swimming pool, two bedrooms, three bathrooms and an area to park two vehicles. Annex No. 2 has an area of 170m² and is distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an area to park two vehicles. And, Annex No. 3 has an area of 60m² and consists of one bedroom, one bathroom and one parking space. It is important to mention that both plots have access from the street completely independently.
