* Torre Hener is a commercial office building, located in the so-called "golden mile" in the El Rosal area, Chacao.

* Designed by architect Gustavo Legórburu who managed to create a scale and proportion of the building consistent with the urban environment.

* It has only 7 floors and two offices per floor, which makes it privileged, since it is one of the few that has a high level of privacy and comfort, due to the low flow of people.
